How do the four engagement models differ?
By how much of the work we carry and how long we stay. A Consultant engagement diagnoses and advises while your team implements; Doctor / Patient adds ongoing monitoring and plan adjustments; Mechanic means we carry out a defined fix ourselves; Management means we lead operations until agreed recovery benchmarks are met.
How is pricing determined?
Every engagement is priced according to your organization's size, needs, and scope. Consultant work is a fixed project fee, Doctor / Patient a monthly retainer, Mechanic a diagnostic fee plus a quoted repair scope, and Management a monthly management fee.
